\u2013 Informace o Va\u0161ich aktivit\u00e1ch v na\u0161em internetov\u00e9m obchod\u011b<\/span>

Skute\u010dn\u00fd rozsah zpracov\u00e1van\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f se v\u017edy li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na tom, v jak\u00e9m postaven\u00ed jste v\u016f\u010di n\u00e1m, zda jste si z\u0159\u00eddili u\u017eivatelsk\u00fd \u00fa\u010det v internetov\u00e9m obchod\u011b, k jak\u00e9mu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jste n\u00e1m ud\u011blili souhlas, jak\u00e1 je aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed funkcionalita internetov\u00e9ho obchodu apod. \nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u00e1me \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f, prov\u00e1d\u00edme zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f s Va\u0161\u00edm souhlasem. Poskytnut\u00ed takov\u00e9ho souhlasu je zcela dobrovoln\u00e9, nicm\u00e9n\u011b v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159edpokladem poskytnut\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f lze kdykoliv odvolat, na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed to ale nem\u00e1 ji\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv.<\/span>

Souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f je vy\u017eadov\u00e1n p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech:<\/span>

Ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed prost\u0159edn\u00edm v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed techniky, pop\u0159. i manu\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobem u osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v listinn\u00e9 podob\u011b, a to za dodr\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ech bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch z\u00e1sad pro spr\u00e1vu a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f dle p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f upravuj\u00edc\u00edch ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem jsme p\u0159ijali p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a organiza\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pravideln\u011b prov\u011b\u0159ujeme a aktualizujeme.<\/span>

3. DOBA ZPRACOV\u00c1N\u00cd OSOBN\u00cdCH \u00daDAJ\u016e<\/span>
\nOsobn\u00ed \u00fadaje jsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny pouze po nezbytnou dobu, kter\u00e1 je individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pro jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o dobu nutnou k dosa\u017een\u00ed \u00fa\u010delu, pro kter\u00fd byly osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje z\u00edsk\u00e1ny, nebo o dobu, kterou stanov\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpis. Po uplynut\u00ed doby nezbytn\u00e9 pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zlikvidov\u00e1ny.<\/span>
\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ud\u011blen\u00ed souhlasu ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f k ur\u010dit\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu je doba zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1na trv\u00e1n\u00edm souhlasu, nen\u00ed-li p\u0159\u00edmo v souhlasu uvedeno jinak. Souhlas m\u016f\u017eete kdykoliv odvolat a t\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ukon\u010dit.\n<\/span>
\n\n
4. SD\u00cdLEN\u00cd OSOBN\u00cdCH \u00daDAJ\u016e<\/span>
\nVa\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje nesd\u00edl\u00edme s nik\u00fdm bez Va\u0161eho souhlasu, pokud to pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy nebo tyto Informace o zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f neumo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed, nebo pokud nutnost sd\u00edlen\u00ed nevypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z kupn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/span>
\nPro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat rovn\u011b\u017e slu\u017eeb dal\u0161\u00edch zpracovatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed pouze podle na\u0161ich pokyn\u016f a pro \u00fa\u010dely, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9. Mezi tyto zpracovatele pat\u0159\u00ed poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb nezbytn\u00fdch pro n\u00e1\u0161 provoz, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm:<\/span>
\u2013 poskytovatel\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vu \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed a dan\u00ed;<\/span>
\u2013 poskytovatel\u00e9 ICT slu\u017eeb;<\/span>
\u2013 poskytovatel\u00e9 po\u0161tovn\u00edch slu\u017eeb.<\/span>
\nVa\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje mohou b\u00fdt na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti \u010di \u017e\u00e1dosti p\u0159ed\u00e1ny t\u00e9\u017e t\u0159et\u00edm subjekt\u016fm, kter\u00e9 disponuj\u00ed z\u00e1konnou pravomoc\u00ed vy\u017eadovat p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.\n<\/span>Vyjma v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f s Va\u0161imi osobn\u00edmu \u00fadaji nikterak neobchodujeme, nikomu je neprod\u00e1v\u00e1me ani je s nik\u00fdm nevym\u011b\u0148ujeme.<\/span>
\nP\u0159i poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed Va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f t\u0159et\u00edm stran\u00e1m v\u017edy db\u00e1me s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opatrnost\u00ed na to, aby byly Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bny pouze v nezbytn\u00e9m rozsahu.\n<\/span>
\n\n
5. VA\u0160E PR\u00c1VA V SOUVISLOSTI S OSOBN\u00cdMI \u00daDAJI<\/span>
\nM\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na potvrzen\u00ed, zda jsou Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny, \u010di nikoliv, a pokud Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1me, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159\u00edstup k t\u011bmto osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm a k informac\u00edm v rozsahu dle \u010dl\u00e1nku 15 GDPR, zejm\u00e9na na informace o:<\/span>
\u2013 \u00fa\u010delu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/span>
\u2013 kategorii dot\u010den\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f;<\/span>
\u2013 p\u0159\u00edjemc\u00edch nebo kategori\u00edch p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f, kter\u00fdm osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly nebo budou zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bny;<\/span>
\u2013 pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 dob\u011b, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny;<\/span>
\u2013 Va\u0161ich pr\u00e1vech v souvislosti se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f;<\/span>
\u2013 ve\u0161ker\u00e9 dostupn\u00e9 informace o zdroji osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, pokud nebyly z\u00edsk\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo od V\u00e1s;<\/span>
